Gails bakery produces hand crafted, additive-free bread in the traditional way.

This Portobello Road shop and café brings the style of a New York delicatessen to London. Bare stripped brick walls are mixed with crisp modern new stairs, ramps, walls and furniture.

A chef's cookery demonstration area sits in the centre of the space, surrounded by cantilevering glass walls tied back to the stainless steel kitchen for stability.
