We provided structural engineering services for the restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II* listed Victorian fire station, turning it into a new art gallery.

This new building provides extra classrooms, assembly room and play area, using an exposed frame of in situ reinforced concrete, and a roof formed from steelwork and timber rafters. EOC provided structural engineering services for the project.

EOC engineered several glazed features, including the spectacular sawtooth 'kissing' facade, for this dramatic renovation of two listed Victorian warehouses, creating perhaps London's most unique shopping centre.

This new-build research facility for the University of Oxford's Physics Department features a facade of bronze shading fins and large-format punched glazing designed by our engineers.

RIBA South East Client of the Year Award 2019
Expanding Sevenoaks School's science department, this new building features a combination of exposed concrete, glazing, timber and steel. The project also recently picked up a RICS South East Award and was shortlisted for the Concrete Society Awards 2019. We provided structural and civil engineering services.
