The existing ground floor retail facade was renovated to feature a new double volume shopfront curtain wall, while upper levels include a new hung stick curtain wall, refurbished windows, and restored rendered brickwork.<br><br>A standout feature is the fully glazed mansard roof, a double-storey extension with insulated glass units, zinc standing seams, and semicircular rooflights, adding contemporary form while respecting the building\u2019s heritage.<br><br>Congratulations to our project team, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eocengineers.com\/about-us\/our-team\/hugh-mcgilveray\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.eocengineers.com\/about-us\/our-team\/hugh-mcgilveray\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hugh McGilveray<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eocengineers.com\/about-us\/our-team\/claudia-brisolin\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.eocengineers.com\/about-us\/our-team\/claudia-brisolin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Claudia Brisolin<\/a><\/strong>, for their work on this complex transformation.
