UCL<\/strong><\/a> recently hosted the third edition of the Holcim Foundation Fellowship<\/strong><\/a>, a program designed to empower students to connect academic learning with the real-world practice of sustainable construction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fellowship offers participants the chance to collaborate closely with lecturers, tutors, and industry leaders. As part of the event, Eckersley O\u2019Callaghan contributed by sharing first-hand insights into our projects and approach, helping to inspire the next generation of sustainable design professionals. In the first week, Hugh McGilveray<\/strong><\/a> and Duncan Walters<\/strong><\/a> welcomed Fellows for a talk and tour of two landmark projects, The Black & White Building<\/strong><\/a> and Norton Folgate<\/strong><\/a>, showcasing how structural and facade engineering can deliver both sustainability and design excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later in the programme, Damian Rogan<\/strong><\/a> joined a panel discussion on \u2018Innovating Tomorrow\u2019s Resilience\u2019, offering insights on how the built environment can adapt to climate challenges and urban change while embedding resilience into design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
