Mitsu attended sessions in the French and UK pavilions sharing thoughts on regeneration and renewal in cities, as well as enjoying Ion\u2019s round-table deep dive into the reasons why we build.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1805\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eocengineers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG_1833-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"MIPIM 2026\" class=\"wp-image-29499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eocengineers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG_1833-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.eocengineers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG_1833-300x211.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><br>Representing our Paris office, Mitsu also attended the MIPIM Awards where La Fondation won \u2018Best Mixed-Use Project\u2019 for its design quality, sustainability credentials and ESG-alignment. Situated on rue Legendre in Paris, La Fondation is a former multi-storey car park from the 1960s that underwent an extensive refurbishment to create this 12,000 m\u00b2 mixed-use development.
