Inaugural Exhibition, Paris
In Paris, Lafayette Anticipations opened its doors for the first time on 10th March with an exhibition by artist Lutz Bacher. Collaborating with architect Rem Koolhaas and his practice OMA, we provided structural and facade engineering for the refurbishment of the 19th century industrial building, converting its
five levels into spaces for events, exhibitions, and workshops. The building features a unique ‘exhibition tower’ with two sets of motorized platforms, which can be configured to suit the needs of a range of artistic projects and installations.

Bulgari 5th Avenue, New York
Bulgari’s flagship store in the iconic Crown Building on 5th Avenue, New York, has undergone a dramatic refurbishment. The new facade features five double-height windows and an elaborate solid bronze lattice, which was inspired by the design of a
clasp from a Bulgari bracelet made in the 1930s. The intricate facade design created several challenges, requiring careful consideration of differential thermal expansion between the lattice and glazing.

International Spy Museum, Washington DC
Due to complete this autumn, the new International Spy Museum features an iconic facade that draws its inspiration from espionage and spycraft. Working with Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, we have designed a folded structural glass ‘veil’, suspended in front of the ‘black
box’ exhibition space to add a deceptive visual layer. The new museum building will more than double the exhibition space for the world’s largest collection of espionage-related artefacts.

Charity Cycle to MIPIM
Charity Cycle to MIPIM
Director Graham Coult and Associate Rob Baldock sucessfully participated in this year’s Legal & General Real Assets Cycle to MIPIM, completing the 1500km bike ride from London to Cannes and raising over £4000 for Coram, one of the UK's oldest children's charities.
