4. Linking to Our Website

You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or suggest any association or endorsement where none exists.

You must not frame our site on another website, or link to any page other than the homepage. You must not establish a link from any website not owned by you.

EOC reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

5. Prohibited Use and Site Security

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it.

You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack. Breaching this clause may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. EOC may report such breaches to law enforcement authorities.

EOC does not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You should use your own virus protection software.

You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or the services provided via it. This includes the use of any automated tools such as “robots”, “bots”, “scrapers” or similar technologies to access, extract or reuse content.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
