Madhu joined Eckersley O’Callaghan’s Sydney team in 2024. She is a Project Engineer with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Sydney. With a background in architecture, her experience helps her bridge the gap between architecture and engineering through enhanced design thinking combined with advanced engineering capabilities.
Notably, her experience includes four years working across architecture, interior design, furniture design and graphic design, which she applies to facade design development and coordination. In addition, she has a deep‑rooted interest in sustainable practices that helps inform her approach to project work as Sydney’s Sustainability Lead.
