Marialena Toliopoulou

Marialena joined Eckersley O’Callaghan’s facade engineering team in August 2025. She is a Graduate Facade Engineer with two years of prior consultancy experience in London.
Her expertise includes sustainability-focused designs and building envelope physics. Marialena holds CWCT certifications on materials and built-up walls and has a strong interest in glass structures. Her MSc thesis exploring “Thin-Glass Installations”, formed the basis of a published paper in the Challenging Glass Conference 9.
With previous experience in architecture, her Master of Architecture design thesis has been featured in several Greek architecture online platforms, she pays attention to detail and architectural expression.
