Ailish leads on marketing and communications across Eckersley O’Callaghan’s 11 global offices. She joined EOC in 2016 in 2016 after graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Biomedical Genetics and has since progressed to her current role as Group Marketing & Communications Manager.
Transitioning into marketing from a scientific background, Ailish’s dedication and professionalism led to rapid personal development and growth.
In 2026, Ailish became a Chartered Marketer, through the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Her holistic understanding of EOC’s values, combined with her unique scientific background and industry insight, has made her an instrumental figure in Eckersley O’Callaghan’s global marketing strategies.
