Alex joined Eckersley O’Callaghan’s structures in 2022 and leads the company’s Timber Focus Group. He has a broad base of experience on both new-build and refurbishment projects in commercial, education and residential sectors worldwide.
He spent several years working on refurbishment projects often incorporating basement construction, adding additional storeys in timber construction and re-coring using detailed research and discrete investigations.
Striving to take an in-depth involvement on his projects at all stages, he takes an active role in collaborating with other members of the design team to achieve intelligent and efficient structural solutions.
