Knowledge Manager
Estefania leads Eckersley O’Callaghan’s knowledge management strategy, shaping how information is captured, organised and shared across the practice. She joined EOC in 2023 and progressed to Knowledge Manager in 2025, reflecting her commitment to building a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Working closely with Directors and Subject Matter Experts, she curates and evolves EOC’s internal knowledge base, ensuring best practice guidance, technical documentation and training materials are accessible, consistent and aligned with business priorities. She also supports development groups across Quality, Office Management, Training and the Project Management Suite.
Before joining EOC, Estefania was recognised for her dedication with multiple MVP nominations and awards at Nike and Erevena. She has completed professional courses in Knowledge Management, Project Management and Digital Marketing, strengthening her expertise in organisational learning and digital content strategy.
