Alayne Kaethler

Alayne is a registered Architect at Eckersley O’Callaghan New York. She joined the practice in 2012 and assists our engineers in the design and development of facade systems.

In her 20 years of experience, Alayne has worked in both the US and Canada for practices such as Morphosis Architects and Front Inc. This encompassed a variety of projects from schematic design to construction phase in the residential, cultural, and institutional realm. In the last 10 years, Alayne has focused on facade design playing significant roles in the design of envelopes for Novartis Institutes, Museum of Westward expansion, and the Dune residence which comprises of a complex long span glass facade in a hurricane zone. 

Alayne has taught at both Princeton and University of British Columbia and exhibited her work at the Center for Architecture in NYC.

In addition to designing facade systems, Alayne is also responsible for marketing and office management in our New York studio.
