In June, Mitsu Edwards, Pierre Bourdier and Douraya Kessaria presented ‘The Facade Engineer Facing a Dual Challenge: Climate Emergency and Digital Revolution’ at Facades2build.
Together, they explored how circularity, digital workflows and material‑focused investigations are reshaping facade engineering, with a particular focus on reuse strategies, geometric mapping, kit‑of‑parts methodologies and the role of data in supporting low‑carbon decision‑making.
