International Women’s Day 2024

This International Women’s Day, we wanted to share some of the female leaders that we find inspirational and have helped shape who we are. In previous years, we’ve shared these remarkable figures as an exhibition in our London office, but this year, we wanted to spread this initiative further afield.
In this video, 20 members of Eckersley O’Callaghan share a woman, or women, who have been an idol to them. It’s been a wonderful experience to hear about the wide ranging group of leaders who have shaped our experiences. Below you can listen to who this group of women are, and what makes them inspirational to us.
