James O’Callaghan at Zak World of Facades

Earlier this month at Zak World of Façades in Seoul, James O’Callaghan hosted a session titled “Engineering Transparency in a Changing World.”
James discussed the evolution of structural glass and the importance of doing more with less to support a sustainable future. He also expressed the challenges glass facades face in meeting increasingly demanding energy performance standards, and how circularity must shape facade design and specification moving forward.
With Zak Seoul showcasing sustainable innovations and the latest technological solutions for the building envelope, James’ session highlighted how thoughtful engineering can help drive a more responsible and resilient built environment.
