Planning permission approved for 41 Albemarle Street, London

31 July 2026

Planning permission has been approved to refurbish the Grade II listed building on Albemarle Street. Designed by Peter Moro between 1961-1963, the building is set to host a luxury flagship store and office spaces on the upper floors.

Providing both structural and facade expertise, EOC’s role includes infilling the existing lightwell, adding a new roof terrace, facilitating the new service distribution with the addition of a new plantroom, as well as refurbishing the iconic curtain wall facade.
