Graduate Structural & Facade Engineers

We welcome applications for graduate structural and facade engineers every February and September to join our team in London.
We are looking for graduates in structural, facade, civil and architectural engineering, or related disciplines, who have a passion for the built environment and a curiosity for how structures and facades come together. Candidates should have a degree, or equivalent professional experience, in structural or facade engineering and preferably a relevant postgraduate degree.
As a Graduate Engineer at EOC, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and technical specialists on a wide range of projects, from concept development and detailed design to on‑site coordination and innovative facade solutions. You’ll be supported through structured training, mentorship and opportunities to develop the skills needed as you work toward chartership.
