The Henderson wins ‘World’s Best Property’ at the International Property Awards

The Henderson has recently been awarded ‘World’s Best Property’ at this year’s International Property Awards, recognised for setting new standards in modern office architecture, sustainability and flexibility in Hong Kong’s Central Business District.
Leading the structural and facade engineering to realise Cloud 39, the Elevated Lobby internal glass wall, Art Garden glass elevator and Scenic Walkway, it was rewarding for the project to also win ‘Best International Commercial High Rise Development’ and ‘Best Commercial High Rise Development Asia Pacific’.
